Younique Traveling is an agency specialized in tourism, offering personalized service to make trips for leisure, business, seminars, exchanges, graduations, receptive, among others.
OUR HEAD OFFICE
Our head office, with its own parking lot, is located at Rua Tiradentes, n. 130-A in the center of Varginha, Minas Gerais, offering a cozy environment, designed to offer comfort to our customers and make the desired trip the most pleasant since its beginning.
TEAM
Operating in the market since 2013, Younique Traveling has the experience of its owner Tiago Tavares, who has been dedicated to tourism for 20 years, having already held prominent positions in the area, inside and outside Brazil. Added to this experience is the know-how of Manager Marcos Maia, equally able to meet the demands of our customers and Guilherme Mendes, consultant and a lover of the waters of the Mediterranean.
Tiago has a degree in Social Communication from the Centro Universitário do Sul de Minas with a specialization in Advertising and Marketing, two post-graduate courses from the Centro Universitário UNA in Business Management and Marketing and Commercial Management, Tiago Tavares worked nationally and internationally in several areas related to tourism as agencies travel companies, travel operators, hotel chains, receptives, hospitality company managers and cruise ships, where he added practical experience to the already consolidated knowledge acquired in the years of study.
After acquiring solid experience in the most respected tourism companies in the world, such as Universal Studios Orlando, The Loews Hotels, The Walt Disney Company, Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Othon Hotel Chain, among others, he realized the dream of opening his own a Travel and Tourism agency in 2013, where together with the manager Marcos Maia, consultant Guilherme Mendes and Lívia Maia (intern), seeks to offer the market the best in the art of Travel, with a focus on service excellence and absolute satisfaction of your customers.
Tiago has visited more than 94 countries in the world and his passion is "Escape completely and Return a New Person" as he says. Customs, cultures, gastronomy and meeting people and falling in love with them is what makes him happy.
Tiago conducts Customer Service Excellence training with a vast Curriculum of Courses and Experiences and more than 32 companies that have already been part of and provides consultancy for opening New Businesses focused on Hospitality, Gastronomy and Service.
In his spare time, incredibly Tiago is always helping people, in their groups of Travel Agents, traveling and performing a constant maintenance in his vast network of relationships in Brazil and in the World.
Tiago is a lover of cooking and is also always with his parents having "Younique" moments of joy and love.
TIAGO TAVARES
Owner - 39 anos
Marcos Maia has a degree in Business Administration from the Centro Universitário do Sul de Minas - UNIS, with an emphasis on Foreign Trade. Performed the job of "facilities" and HR assistant for years at the company Philips do Brasil. Passionate about travel, Marcos started his activities at Younique Traveling when the Agency stopped being a Home Office and opened its doors to the Public in its beautiful store in 2015. Marcos over the years has specialized in the administration of the Agency and international air tickets , in addition to being an expert in Chile, the Caribbean and the USA. Marcos currently studies English to be better related to the world.
On his list of Travels in South America and the United States, Marcos recently arrived from his exclusive Travel to Europe, visited France (Paris and French Riviera) and the most romantic destination; Italy. He visited Venice and the whole region of Tuscany and the wonderful city of Rome.
For Marcos, being a Travel Agent is very pleasurable and he dedicates a lot of his days searching for the best flight options, being considered a flight specialist.
At leisure time, Marcos is a fan of decorating and spends his time listening to music, seeing opportunities and decorating tips and also stands out in culinary skills like his wonderful Peruvian Ceviche.
